Requirements:

•   Reports to the COO.

•   BSC in Social Sciences, Humanities or any related field

•   Active membership of relevant professional bodies such as CIPM, CIPD, ASTD, SHRM, and NITAD is necessary. CMD facilitator's certification is an added advantage.

•   MSc / MBA is a plus.

•   Team player, result-oriented people person, s / he who thinks on his / herfeet and in love with the ideation process, with good presenting and communicating skills, analytical, and a solution provider.

•   3-5 years experience
