Department Description: Oracle MEA offers a great opportunity to work within the Oracle Direct Application team, supporting our HCM/CRM SaaS solutions. We are looking for an Oracle Applications Presales Consultant to support the rapidly growing Oracle Direct  HCM/CRM SaaS team. Job based in Dubai, UAE – relocation package included, if applicable.

Responsibilities:

•   Provide expert support to the sales force on major opportunities.

•   Contribute to formal bids and Invitations to Tender.

•   Working with customers to understand their business issues and formulate value propositions.

•   Deliver demonstrations, workshops or manage proofs-of-concept(POCs)

•   Work as part of sales team to formulate account strategies and help identify opportunities.

•   Working with Partners to transfer knowledge and build joint value propositions

•   Provide training to the Oracle field sales and SC teams

•   Develop competitive knowledge and leverage in sales cycle.

•   Keep up with industry trends and best practices

Profile:

•         Fluency in English is mandatory

•         Fluency in Russian OR Turkish is mandatory

•         Experience in business application software.

•         Minimum 2 years experience of pre-sales support with software vendor

•         Business or Computer Science Degree with emphasis on business applications.

•         Understanding of business strategies and executive decision making processes.

•         Ideally good solution knowledge within HCM or CRM.

•         Excellent oral and written communication skills

Brief Description:

•   Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business.

•   Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.

Detailed Description:

•   As a Staff Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.

•   Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate Oracle product*s strengths, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

•   Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products.

Job Requirements:

•   Duties and tasks are standard with some variation.

•   Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.

•   3 – 5 years business experience preferred; vendor experience also preferred.

•   3 years relevant computer applications or database/tools preferred.

•   Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system.

•   Knowledge of system and application design preferred.

•   Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

•    Ability to travel as needed.

•   BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
