Mukhtar Habib is a distinguished Nigerian Scholar that gained a BEA scholarship to advance his studies in China. He excelled in his chosen discipline and received the best paper prize for a a paper( Nigeria's Inland Basins: Investment opportunities and environment)  presentation, at the international conference for joint petroleum and mineral resource development, in Wuhan China, Organized by China Geological survey, China University of geosciences and central geological funds.

The Federal scholarship Board has been and is still working tirelessly to bring the help Nigerians achieve their dreams of quality education.
