Job Title: Director, Works and Maintenance Services

Location: Bauchi, Nigeria

Organisation: Abubakar Tatari Ali Polytechnic, Bauchi – Nigeria

Responsibilities:

•   The Director of Works and Maintenance shall be the overall controller of the Works and Estate Department. He shall be responsible for overall control of the technical activities of the Works Department.

•   He shall keep inventory of all the Polytechnic vehicles and has responsibility for their maintenance, security and upkeep.

•   He shall be responsible for the supervision of all staff of the Works Department and any duty to be assigned by the Rector.

The salary is according to the Polytechnic Scheme of Service.

Qualification:

•   Candidate must be a fully registered Engineer and a holder of good Engineering Degree with at least 15 years experience in Project/Works Management or a registered Engineer with a Masters degree with 12 years relevant experience.
