The successful candidate will be required to analyze, plan, and manage equipment and procedures needed to protect lives, properties and other business facilities.

Minimum of 5 Years in similar role with a reputable security firm.

Key Tasks:

•         Analyzing company or industry security needs

•         Evaluating physical or information security systems

•         Setting up, monitoring, maintaining, and upgrading security systems

•         Training and educating staff and clients

•         Directs and controls all subordinate to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time.

•         Establish control procedures in all operation aspects in accordance with company policy.

•         Implement and enforce safety regulations and house rules.

•         Prepare various monthly reports as required by Management.

•         Responsible for the entire operations, staffing and equipment of the Security Department.

•         Responsible for conducting site reviews, writing audit/review reports, reviewing findings, and making recommendations line management and /or their security coordinators.

•         Monitors and evaluates unit performance on key security issues and programs, recommends corrective action programs.

•         Responsible for planning, developing and implementing security plans, security programs such as Emergency

•         Response and Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management and/or Investigation.

•         Maintains knowledge of complex industry trends, current security issues and security technology and update management on risk and threat that could impact company business.

•         Responsible to perform annual risk analysis for the country, particularly with respect to level of crime, terrorism, workplace violence, threats from natural and manmade disasters.

•         Responsible for providing leadership, advice and counsel to line management on security policy and practices. Identifies exposures and to recommend and develop corrective plans as appropriate.

•         Provides advice and counsel to management on the expenditures of resources for protection of company assets where compromise or loss of these assets could seriously effect company business.

•         Develops and implements security coordinator program which includes developing a training program for all security operatives.
