Job description:

We have an opportunity to support a fantastic client on a fantastic project. These are long term opportunities (up to 2 years) based in an office in Lagos, to work on the detailed design phase of the project.

The main profiles are outlined below:

The main profiles are outlined below.

For the flowline engineers, the profiles we are interested in are:

•          Self-motivated and capable to work in challenging environment

•          Capable of managing interfaces with different operating centres

•          Capable of managing a small group of trainee engineers

•          Experienced in the design of deepwater flowlines

•          Fully comprehensive with the DNV design codes and standards

•          Minimum of 3 years solid experience with flowline detailed design

•          Experience in general FE analysis software like ABAQUS or ANSYS is an advantage

•          Good communication skills and report writing

For the spool/jumper engineers, the profiles we are interested in are:

•          Self-motivated and capable to work in challenging environment

•          Capable of managing interfaces with different operating centres

•          Capable of managing a small group of trainee engineers

•          Experienced in the design of deepwater horizontal spools and jumpers

•          Fully comprehensive with the DNV design codes and standards

•          Minimum of 3 years solid experience with AUTOPIPE or similar piping software

•          Experience in general FE analysis software like ABAQUS or ANSYS is an advantage

•          Good communication skills and report writing

For the structural engineers, the profiles we are interested in are:

•          Self motivated and interested to work in challenging environment

•          Capable of managing interfaces with different operating centres

•          Capable of managing a small group of trainee engineers

•          Experienced in structural design

•          Fully comprehensive with the DNV and API design codes and standards

•          Minimum of 3 years solid experience with SACS or similar structural analysis software

•          Experience in general FE analysis software like ABAQUS or ANSYS is an advantage

•          Experience with the design of deepwater FLowline End Terminations (FLET) and In-Line Tee assemblies (ILT) is an advantage

•          Experience with the design of SHR (TTR) structures is an advantage

•          Good communication skills and report writing
