Job Title: Baker and Cake Decorator

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Qualifications and Requirements:

•   Must live around Ketu / Alapere / Magodo / Shangisha axis

•   Open minded, willingness to learn.

•   Must be proficient in sugar crafting and modelling.

•   Must have excellent communication

•   Minimum of OND in any discipline

•   Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in baking and decorating of cakes

•   Must coach team members

Responsibilities:

•   Follow production plans

•   Minimize wastage as appropriate

•   Help with new product development

•   Produce quality pastry and snacks – cake making, sugar craft, desserts, breads etc.

•   Follow recipes & ensure consistency in quality

•   Maintain high hygiene standards

•   Adhere to safety standards
