As a Bar Attendant, you will be under the supervision of a Bar Manager and/or Outlet Manager. An essential responsibility of this role includes operating a bar within the limits of established Hotel policies and procedures and ensuring that guest needs are satisfied. Customer needs and expectations correctly met, including those with special needs, and provide appropriate products, services or information . You will also meet all reasonable needs and requests of customers within acceptable enterprise time frames.

Qualifications:

• Hospitality management degree/diploma or its equivalent with formal bartending training

• Extensive knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments.

• Alcohol awareness and knowledge of responsible service

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position from a reputable restaurant and or 4 or 5 star hotel property.

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal, listening, writing)

• You must be proactive, adaptable team player who enjoys taking initiative to drive for results.

• Good understanding of the Hotel Industry standards, policies and procedures

• Experience in high-end city operation with multi unit F&B and large Conference & Event

• Pre opening experience a strong plus

• Eager to learn & progress, responsible with the willingness to take ownership
