Function: Human Resources

Sub Function: Customer Service

Location: Lagos

Purpose Statement: Support and actively manage the implementation of HR Strategy/ initiatives in Aero Contractors.

Key Accountabilities: – Implements the strategic direction of the HR department, aligning it with the overall business plan and strategy of the company as agreed by the Director HR & Corporate Services. – Ensures that all employees are provided equal opportunity, fair and consistent application of policy, regardless of nationality or citizenship. – Recommends solutions and informs the Director HR on significant employee relations matters. – Provides a key liaison with employees as applicable, as it may relate to the company's overall and aspects of the human resources function. – Implement human resources policies and ensure that they are properly communicated to all members of the workforce. – Provide guidance and advice to employee related matters. – Supervise the accuracy of employee records in both hardcopy files and the HRIS system.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience: – This position requires a graduate with University Degree in social science or similar field with 7years experience and minimum 5years experience in Human Resources management in a similar field.  – Membership of CIPM, CIPD or SHRM or Additional qualification in Human Resources Management or Business Administration is desirable. – Ability to work with extremely confidential & sensitive data.Good interpersonal and communication skills.
