Requirements:

•   A first degree in any management or social sciences course.

•   Minimum of 10 years proven professional experience on the job, with not less  than 4 years in a managerial position with verifiable evidence.

•   Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

•   A Masters degree or an MBA will be an added advantage.

•   CIPM or other similar recognized professional body will also be an added  advantage.

•   Aged between 35-50 years.
