Job description:

•   The MEA HRMS Country and Compliance Leader will be a demonstrated self-starter with high initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a global cross-functional team.

•   They will posses excellent organizational, communications and interpersonal skills with a clear understanding of HR Processes, HR technology, HR ERP, HR business strategy and organizational structure.

•   The MEA HRMS Country and Compliance Leader must also possess professional knowledge related to business processes and fundamental understanding of corporate policies, practices and procedures in relation to controls.

•   Fundamental knowledge of controls programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Governing the HRMS compliance process in the context of operational activities

• Overseeing compliance assurance activities

• Performing quality reviews of HRMS compliance SRA work and drive quality improvement initiatives

• Ensuring compliance activities are performed based on required time frames

• Supporting HRMS management with their efforts to drive systemic and project level compliance and risk management program activities

• Meeting weekly with management to discuss specific projects and review overall controls/risk posture

• Serving as the organizational focal contact for the HRMS compliance management program

• Performing risk advisory responsibilities for projects

Required:

•   High School Diploma/GED

•   At least 2 years experience in governance, risk, or controls experience

•   At least 2 years experience in Proven ability to work in a distributed, multi-national team

•   At least 2 years experience in Holding at least one Security / Risk certification (e.g. CISA, CGEIT or CRISC) is an asset

•   At least 2 years experience in HR field experience

•   At least 2 years experience in Work experience in a Middle Eastern and/or African environment

•   English: Fluent

Preferred:

•   Bachelor's Degree

•   At least 5 years experience in governance, risk, or controls experience

•   At least 3 years experience in HR field experience
