Job Title: Technical Audit Discipline Leader – Contracts Engineering (Expatriates)

Location: Abuja

Duration: 8-9 Months

EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:

•   Candidates shall be degreed engineers, with a minimum of 15-years Contracts Procurement experience, of which at least 5-years should be on off-shore projects, preferably with FPSO exposure.

•   They should have held a similar level of responsibility and have the proven ability to control and motivate a Contracts Engineering team under them.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•   The Contracts Engineering Discipline Leader – Shall, with his team of Nigerian Engineers, be responsible for the review of all Contracts documentation, and changes thereto, from the initial ITT to close out of each of the Contracts.

•   The audit will review the Contract award process from ITT and subsequent clarifications thereto, through review and evaluation of the Technical Proposals, Technical Acceptance, Commercial Proposal Review, pre-Contract Negotiations and Contract Award to ensure compliance with Project Procedures at all stages of the process to completion of each Contract.
