Note: This position is a three-month contract position and is renewable subject to availability and performance.

Functional Role:

•   Analyze technical needs, characteristics and performance of the existing and/or proposed systems and/or to give technical solutions to improve its performance focusing on customers' needs,

•   Support presales activities, including pre-studies,

•   Give technical support to Sales, Marketing, Project managers and the customer,

•   Do presentations and participate in technical discussions with customers,

•   Participate in customer projects, handling scope, risks, changes and customer expectations,

•   Lead and perform advisory studies and pre-studies,

•   Identify new business opportunities,

•   Acquisition of data and information related to system performance

•   Coordination of field teams working with data acquisition, troubleshooting or implementing recommendations

•   Understanding of impact and coordination of improvement activities with network design team

•   Network performance investigation and assessment

•   Issuing, discussing and/or implementation of recommendations for network improvement

•   Understanding of impact of performance changes in the network and customer's bottom line
