Job Title: Transport Network Design Consultant

Functional Role:

The Consultant is responsible for the following activities within the process:

•   Startup and Information Gathering: Collecting and analyzing customer requirements sufficient to produce a Requirement Specification for the network design.

•   Access Transport Network Planning: Production of Preliminary Network Design Layout and Solution Specification for customer approval, and hence a Preliminary Equipment List

•   Site Selection: Site surveys in conjunction with Radio Network Design, Site Engineering and Civil Works teams to produce site survey reports and an Approved Sites list.

•   Detailed Access Transport Network Design: Detailed design of Radio Network Controllers, Radio Network Aggregators and Radio Base Stations to produce Design Overview Report, Node Configuration Design Data,

•   Network Design Layout Acceptance: Obtaining customer signature of Acceptance Certificate to conclude the Service Delivery.

Note: This position is a three-month contract position and is renewable subject to availability and performance.
