Description:

•   As Lounge Manager you are the embodiment of our client's brand, so this is a challenging role requiring excellent management and customer service skills. We're looking for genuine enthusiasm and a real interest in people, combined with the ability to think on your feet to deliver the "wow" factor.

•   As Manager, you will have help organise and coordinate a variety of memorable and engaging events for their customers. You will also proactively build positive working relationships with partners in the locality of the Lounge, so that the Lounge becomes an exciting space where the community can come together.

•   You will work very closely with the team and you will be required to head the team and fill in their absence.

•   Successful applicants will most likely have had management experience in the world of hospitality, events management, and retail or customer service. The most important quality we are looking for is a warm, engaging personality and a real desire and drive to deliver magic moments for our customers.
