Our client is a market leader in the Telecommunication Infrastructure provision sector in Nigeria. Due to internal expansion processes, the company has decided to start the search for a Human Resource Business Analyst for its Nigerian operations.

Role: The company is looking for a Human Resource Business Analyst who would report to the HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

•   Compile reports and data related to human resources functions, including: compensation, employee performance, workforce development & productivity.

•   Compile relevant data to develop HR budget and present to Head of HR. Monitor budget and highlight variances

•   Working closely with human resources and information technology to ensure the integrity of human resources systems is also required in an HR analyst role. This includes system upgrades and analyzing potential security issues

•   Payroll administration

•   Benefits administration

•   Job grading

Education: Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Experience: 3-5 years experience
