Job Description: The technical team lead shall be responsible for the design and development of our technical strategy, orchestrate plans and programs. He will coordinate technical project implementation team, provide technical architecture, supervise application development, act as technical liaison person with our partners and elevate Office Machines Nigeria Limited as a professional and trusted IT company.

He/She amongst others shall:  – take ownership of the technical solution  – create, modify , management and control the architecture: all the high level aspects of the    solutions and lead in all the main technical decisions – build an associated in house technical experts for different technical aspects Cisco, Dell storage and SAP. – have responsibilities in training and mentoring the team members in solutions and architecture aspects   – oversee software / hardware methodologies (especially iterative methods)  – be the owner of all technical part of the process and project  – be responsible for micro-management of project, and could be a delegate PM – be responsible for architecture management , and could be a delegate Architect if does not exist one  – have responsibilities in management of the training and mentoring the team members

Anti-patterns:  – handle project deliverables, requirement analysis, use case model and architectural design  – evaluate the tools and utilities for the project  – provide project planning, task assignments, monitoring and tracking and resolve all technical issues  – oversee the development, testing and fixing of bugs  – monitor test planning and execution  – manage document reviews and code reviews  – conduct technical update and internal knowledge sharing session

Desired Skills & Experience: The ideal candidate should have proven technical competence with certification in Cisco Certified Network Engineer, MCSE, ITIL. He/she should have excellent communications, leadership skills and hands on technical implementation skills.
