Left to right: Ayman Mohyeldin, Richard Engel, Ian Williams. North Korea has stationed as many as five medium-range missiles on its east coast, according to defense assessments made by the United States and South Korea, possibly in readiness for a test launch that would demonstrate its ability to hit U.S. bases on Guam.

As the region is on high alert, a team of NBC News correspondents has been deployed to cover the potential impact of a missile launch. Join us on Friday, April 12 at 11 a.m. ET for a live Google+ hangout featuring NBC News foreign correspondents Ayman Mohyeldin (in Tokyo, Japan), Ian Williams (in Beijing, China) and Jim Maceda or Richard Engel (in Seoul, South Korea). For 30 minutes, they will take viewer questions on tensions in the region and address attitudes in different countries, the real potential of a missile launch and much more.

RSVP here, and join us Friday at 11am ET: https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/114810779645279671611/events/c06okgd8q6tc9g21sccvef6lmec
