We are currently recruiting our Sales & MarketingAdministrative Coordinator.

Key responsibilities of the role:

As the Sales & Marketing Administrative Coordinator,you will be responsible for the day to day secretarial/administrative support function to the Sales & Marketing Department,ensuring that customer service is at its best, whilst maximising all revenue opportunities through effective teamwork and development. You will also take minutes at meetings, maintain the manual and computerised record system, assist with preparing staff rota, process invoices, take inventory of stock, maintain records of purchase, sales and assist in event planning and any other duties as directed by the Sales & Marketing Director.

Qualifications:

•      A degree or its equivalentis required.

•      At least 2 years of experience in a similar post in a 5 stars hotel or Hospitality sector.

•      Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

•      Strong typing and computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and E-mail etc.

•      Ability to communicate at all levels by telephone, writing, face to face etc. in English

•      Good understanding of the Hotel operations.

•      Pre opening experience a strong plus

•      Service minded and ability to involve and support operations
