Tottenham have confirmed defender Younes Kaboul's bid to be fit for the remaining games of the Premier League season is under serious threat after suffereing a thigh strain in an under-21 game on Monday night.

Kaboul now faces a race against time to play in Tottenham's remaining league fixtures after he suffered a muscle injury that will need additional treatment.
