Governor Mimiko of Ondo State Flags Off N2b Road Project

Ondo State Governor Olusegun Mimiko yesterday flagged off the rehabilitation of the abandoned Ikare-Ugbe-Ise-Akoko road.

The estimated cost of the project is N2 billion.

Speaking during the ceremony, Mimiko said: "Until poverty is defeated and people have access to quality and affordable health care and education, we will not relent in our efforts to actualise our set objectives."

He urged the people to vote for LP candidates at the election, saying : "In less than two years, we have built new roads, hospitals and a regional market that is the envy of all.

"We have completed the Alpha 3D Company initiated by the Adefarati administration, which was abandoned by the Agagu administration, and it is a veritable platform for wealth creation and employment. We can do more and are ready to do more.
