Job Title: Circulation Manager

Location: Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Owerri and Port Harcourt (Nigeria)

Organisation: Leadership Newspapers Group

Responsibilities:

•      Lead and manage sales team

•      Lead the planning and distribution of company products across the respective stations and environs and organize other business development activities in the region

•      Direct and supervise all the activities of the region and sales territories to ensure prompt remittance of sales proceeds, adequate monitoring of sales performance and compliance.

•      Advise management on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions.

•      Set operational and performance goals, establish and monitor sales performance reporting systems and ensure that account reporting procedures conform with company's standards

•      Provide strong leadership for various levels of staff through mentoring and coaching, identifying opportunities and developing new markets.

•      Business projection and reporting

Requirements:

•      A degree in Social Sciences, Art, Humanities is essential

•      Applicants must have a vast knowledge of the respective and adjoining states

•      A minimum of 7 years post-graduation and relevant experience in sales and distribution of newspapers for the post of Senior Circulation Manager and 3 years for Circulation Manager.
