Job Title: Technical Manager, Avaya Aura Contact Center

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Our client ia an IT/ICT provider offering infrastructure, Networking, Enterprose Storage and Security firewall solutions. They are experienced in providing IT solutions and various systems support services for mid-sized and small business, education and financial institutions, and non-profit organizations.

Requirements: – Technical Manager with specialization in installation and implementation of Avaya Aura Contact Center. – This person must have worked with this Technology for 7 years, preferable in India. – Immediate employment and willing to join in 3 – 4 weeks.

Duties and Responsibilities: – Must have competence to install and implement Avaya Aura Solution components. – Use virtualization capabilities of system platform – Understand the major step forward in the deployment of real time collaboration with the inetgration of VMware virtualized server architecture. – Upgrade, integrate and collaborate between communication architecture in an organization.
