Manager In Training at Teavana Incorporation

Teavana is currently seeking an experienced, successful leader with management experience for the position of Manager In Training (MIT). For training purposes this position will home base out of our  Collection store, but candidates should also be mobile and willing to work at any store within their designated area (district).

MIT candidates are hired to enter a comprehensive 18 week training program that focuses on the Teavana sales process, how to train and develop successful sales teams, and the operational aspects of running a Teavana store.

They are provided timely feedback on their job performance throughout the training process. If they successfully meet the job requirements by the conclusion of the program, they may then be promoted into General Manager Positions as they become available.

Candidates that are evaluated as not meeting the requirements of the position may be placed in other store positions or the Company may choose not to continue their employment.
