Super Eagles defender Joseph Yobo was missing in action for Fenerbahce's 1-1 draw against Ekisehirspor in last night's Turkish Cup clash.

The former Everton defender who was in action for his side when both teams clashed last Sunday in the league has chalked up 18 league appearances for the Yellow and white is expected to return to the side when they face Gençlerbirligi in another league match this Sunday.

Fenerbache are currently second on the Turkish log with 55 points, four points adrift leaders Galatasaray who have 59 points.
