Job Title: Health, Safety and Environmental Manager

A telecommunication company requires the services of an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Manager.

Responsibilities:

•   Developing and implementing relevant policies, procedures, manuals and systems

•   Developing and conducting induction sessions for all new employees

•   Conducting general HSE training for all employees as required

•   Assessing work areas for hazards and implementing appropriate control measures

•   Assisting in the investigation and reporting of work place incidents

•   Assisting in internal audits and management reviews

•   Coordinating a monthly HSE meeting and attending other meetings as required

•   Assisting in the implementation of a quality management system.

Qualifications and Requirements:

•   Minimum of B.Sc./HND in any related discipline

•   At least 4 years' experience

•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•   Should be very knowledgeable on HSE Policies in Telecom Engineering sector

•   Candidate should be between 30 to 45 years
