We are representing a leading European company who are looking for an experience Group HR manager responsible for the entire in country HR and talent development concerns for a group of companies operating in the agribusiness and construction sector in Southern Nigeria. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the group MD and CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the HR department.

• Provide group HR reports for company board.

• Design, development and implement an entire recruitment process.

• Implement an effective internal development process and culture.

• Identify any possible staff problems such has performance, retention, motivation and provide solutions.  

Requirements:

• 7 years commercial experience in a Human Resources Positions.

• Experience with ex-pat staff.

• 5 experience in a management position

• 5 year experience in emerging markets such as West Africa.

• Fluent English
