Job Title: Shift Miller

REQUIREMENTS

•   The successful candidates will have a minimum of 6 years milling experience and should, ideally, not be more than 38 years old. Candidates should possess a good University degree or its equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Agriculture or the Physical/Biological sciences.
•   Full membership of the City & Guilds in Milling Technology, or a Milling Diploma of the Swiss Milling School will be added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Applicants must have a disciplined but flexible approach to work and, possess an ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
•   The responsibilities of this position include managing a production shift, ensuring low down-time in milling operations, consistent production of good quality products, supervision of mill maintenance and ensuring that a clean work environment is maintained at all times.
