REQUIREMENTS

•   The ideal candidates will not be more than 28 years of age and will possess a Bachelors degree, at least Second Class upper Division, or its equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Food Science and Technology, Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering.
•   Ideally, candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years working experience in a manufacturing organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Successful candidates will undergo intensive local and oversea training in milling operations and qualify as professional millers at the end of their training.
•   During the training period of about 3 years, they should be able to progressively take responsibility for various sections of the milling operations, from screen room to product bins and packaging, including heading a shift in the absence of the Shift Miller.
