Description of the SERVICE:

The SERVICE consists in :

• Ensuring, in cooperation with the Company HSE Engineer, that risk assessments are properly conducted.

• Managing the site construction supervision team and control the activities of the wellhead platforms installation and pipelines EPCI contractor and his subcontractors related to the offshore installation of wellhead platforms, bridges and offshore pipeline laying operations.

• Supervising all aspects of contractor surveys (pre-engineering, pre-lay, laying, post-lay, etc.).

• Supervising and following-up the workshop, worksite, onshore, offshore installation and subsea works.

Specific Activities:

• To manage contractor in the execution of modifications works on OTTO 5 floatel as COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE

• To follow-up and supervise pipe manufacturing activities ensuring that company requirements are fulfilled prior to start of manufacturing.

• To perform inspections and acceptance tests, witness laboratory testing as requested for pipeline materials, in accordance with the approved inspection & test plan (ITP

• To manage the contractor in the execution of the worksites fabrication (spools, risers, riser guards, spreader bars etc.) and pipeline coating works Control of Contractor Activity OFFSHORE

• To manage the offshore construction supervision team, in order to achieve a proper control of all the contractor’s activities, including:  – jackets, piles, topsides and pipeline transportation to site  – jacket, wellhead platform , bridges installation and pile driving  – naval operation activities  – tensioning equipment and anchoring  – line pipe load-in and line pipe transportation barges  – line pipe welding and laying  – platforms approach  – free span reduction, pipeline pre-commissioning, commissioning and re-commissioning.

• To ensure that project naval spread requirements, contractor naval operations procedures, and HSE requirements related to lay barge and transportation barge operations are complied with.

• To assess the seriousness and urgency of any problems encountered by or with the contractor, and, when necessary, to obtain an acceptable remedial actions plan from the contractor.

• To assess the relevancy of construction-related CORs issued by the contractor, and prepare supporting data for the internal COR review meetings.

• To prepare and participate in weekly, monthly and ad-hoc meetings with the contractor.

To coordinate as required within project supervisory team to manage the interfaces with wellhead platform contractor, drilling contractor, tie-in and modifications contractor, process platforms contractor, jackets.
