Job Title:  Project Operations - Project Management Office
Location:  Lagos
Business Unit/Dept.: DCC Project Delivery Department
Direct Boss: Program Manager
Supervises: IT, Pre-NYSC, NYSC

Duties and Responsibilities:
•   Monitors lifecycle of individual projects
•   Cost control management
•   Monitors and manages individual project profitability
•   Validates project duration
•   Generates and publishes reports for internal and external   project stakeholders
•   Post Project Review functions
•   Carries out a quarterly review of departmental project performance on cost.
•   Manages post implementation issues
•   Manages inter departmental process flow within the department.
•   Project Documentation
•   Manages projects request end to end

KPI:
1.   Projects life cycle Management
2.   Minimum of 5% average margin for project handled in a quarter
3.   Minimum of 90% projects handled are delivered to time, quality and budget
4.   Minimum of 4 quarterly review of departmental performance

Educational Qualification: B Sc. Engineering background
Experience (Yrs): 2 Years
Professional Certification: Certification in project management (An added advantage)
