With a quest of expansion and providing careers in Africa, the company is looking to fill an urgent role of Finance & Accounts Manager. The incumbent will plans and directs finance and accounting activities within the department and provides financial leadership and advice to operations and branch managers.

Role: Chartered Accountant

Educational Qualifications:

•   Chartered/Cost/Management Accountant

•   15 years working experience, with min. 10 years post qualifications experience

•   MBA preferred

Knowledge and Experience:

•   Sound knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts and previous experience of working with ERP systems is desirable.

•   Proficient in Excel and Power point.

•   Good English oral and written communication skills.

Job Description:

•   Provide financial leadership.

•   Ensure financial reporting in the form required, to the expected standard and on time.

•   Analyze business performance and provide recommendations for profit maximization and improvement in asset utilization.

•   Ensure monthly reporting contains insightful supporting analysis on key trends.

•   Take an active role in the development of the business strategies, plans and budgets.

•   Working with operation managers and provide financial support to their decision making.

•   Ensure that there is a strong control environment over costs, working capital levels and protection of company assets.
