Description: An opportunity exists for Packaging Team Leader reporting to the Packaging Manager: Pabod Breweries.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•   Lead production team to achieve target

•   Provide guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to the production team

•   Implement shift production plans

•   Support team to improve process quality and productivity

•   Facilitate and promote teamwork

•   Prepare accurate production reports

•   Ctreate safe environment for his/her team to perform

•   Manage people

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of best practices in Manufacturing

• Problem solving

• Familiarity with maintenance systems

• Analytical and evaluative skills

• Good people management skills

• Qualified Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)

• Minimum 2 years prior experience in a manufacturing environment

• Good knowledge of modern Asset Care principles

• Sound technical background with strong long term planning skills
