Job Title: Transport Passengers Supervisor

Job Description:
- Responsible for the efficient, safe and effective day-to-day activities at Heliport base in accordance with DGEP rules
- Organize and establish air transport planning for passengers
- Organize and establish marine transport planning for passengers
- Focal point for passengers transportation to various site
- Establish personnel transport planning
- Responsible for personnel manifest
- Operate the computer system (PTS or any other similar system...) for passengers transportation
- Provide all sites with material, fuel oil, kerosene, water, food ...
- Develop professional relationship with others operators in order to optimise the helicopter booking rate
- Liaise with vessel aircraft / helicopter captain to ensure safe and efficient boarding / deplaning

Job Requirements:
- Air transport experience
- Maritime transport experience
- Drilling and production site organisation
- Knowledge of integrated and technical software
- Knowledge of techniques for handling/ lifting and stockpiling
- Knowledge of logistics HSE management rules
- Knowledge of DGEP rules
- Knowledge of international/local regulations
- Telecommunication techniques (voice, data)

Education:
3 years experience in passengers transportation and a suitable general knowledge in oil industry marine logistics

Profile: Teambuilding awareness, multicultural awareness, environmental awareness, organization, anticipation skills, good command of English and computer literate
