The recruitment of the General Manager is a key hire, instrumental to the future growth of the African operation.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front, to personally develop new and existing customer relationships and to drive the solution capability across Africa.   You will hold P&L responsibility, define business strategy and have accountability to increase market share.

You must have at least 10 years business development experience having enjoyed success selling logistics services to b2b customers across Africa.  You will be a passionate leader with strong awareness to building and developing brand awareness.    

You must have enjoyed previous success building a brand and have combined this with delivering impressive sales results.

This is a business leading role, requiring an inspirational, creative thinker with strong commercial business acumen.
