•   The candidate must be a professional cake decorator of high standard.

•   Must have at least 5 yrs. experience in butter-cream, royal icing, fondant etc.

•   Must be able to carry out orders on the spot, must be able to think on feet and be a team member.

•   Must have managerial skill in heading a cake shop.
