FAAN Vs. Bi-Courtney: Uriesi Says Agency Is Hundred Percent Right

In this edition of Question Time, the Managing Director of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), George Uriesi, clears the air on the controversies surrounding the concession agreement between Bi-Courtney Aviation Services and the aviation agency. Mr. Uriesi describes the agreement between FAAN and Bi-Courtney as "non-value adding," adding that they are agreements which are largely to the disadvantage of the agency. Uriesi declares that the days of private companies milking government agencies are over.
