Awesome opportunity for Senior Sales Professional with experience in the Paints Manufacturing Industry.

Our client, is one of the leading paints manufacturers in Nigeria with an array of product lines, which include Emulsion, Texcoat, Gloss, Industrial, Automotive, Marine Paints, Wood Finish and Putty of different kinds. They now have a vacancy for an Executive Director – Sales and Marketing.  The successful individual will organise and lead a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets for individual sales people and the team as a whole based on targets set by head office.

Key Responsibilities:

•   recruiting and training sales staff

•   allocating areas to sales reps

•   developing sales strategies and setting sales targets

•   monitoring the team's performance and motivating team members

•   compiling and analysing sales figures

•   dealing with major customer accounts

•   collecting customer feedback and market research

Person Specification:

•   Candidates should have proven experience as a successful sales leader

•   Excellent record of achieving targets.

•   The successful candidate will be dedicated, enthusiastic and energetic, with clear leadership skills and motivational ability.

•   Minimum 10 years experience in a sales role

•   Must be a high flyer
