Desired Candidate Profile:

•   A person with the highest level of personal integrity with a very good

•   Interpersonal and a demonstrated track record.

•   A system oriented and technology savvy professional will be preferred.

•   Should possess at least 10 years of experience in high profile construction projects, residential and commercial complexes.

•   Experience high rise construction

•   University degree in civil engineering/operations

Job Description:

•   Maintain and implement construction related budget for the project

•   Negotiating price contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.

•   Create scope of work.

•   Direct hands on support for capital project needs to ensure on time and within budget delivery.

•   Issue purchase orders for procurement and expedition of materials and equipment for jobs.

•   Meet subcontractors and suppliers on site as necessary.

•   Ensure compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of deviations.

•   Research new materials for design and cost savings.

•   Develop and implement new purchasing strategies to deliver ongoing cost reductions and process simplification.

•   Manage vendor contracts.

•   Establish new relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adequate resources for the project and to continually improve pricing and quality of work.

•   Forecast upcoming demand.

•   Manager materials/equipment inventory.
