Job Title:General Manager (Expatriate)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description:

1.   Implement operational strategies as per the company's Strategic Business Plans.

2.   Monitor and control the company's performance and finances in accordance with the company budget.

3.   To ensure that all staff are effectively employed and adequately trained to perform their responsibilities and operational tasks in an ethical and responsible manner.  

TASKS:

1.   Innovate, plan and monitor company projects .

2.   Liaise with clients and suppliers.

3.   Liaise with Sales & Marketing Manager and Accounts & Admin Manager

4.   Represent the company at industry associations and outside committees.

5.   Any other duties as allocated by the Managing Director.

Desired Skills & Experience

•   University graduate

•   MBA an advantage

•   Proven track record in developing and implementing strategies and driving innovation

•   Exceptional analytical, problem solving and research skills

•   Creative thinking

•   High proficiency in business communications

•   Ability to handle multiple projects

•   At least 5 years in a senior management position

•   At least 5 years work experience in Nigeria
