• Meet target and generate sales

• Market all Company HR and   Business Support products• Assist in the management of Marketing budgets;

•   Prepare & deliver marketing plan within key objective

• Assist in the   development of marketing plans and strategies;

• Conduct Market research and   competitor analysis.

• Maintains up to date with professional sector news.

•   Focus on both business growth and client retention.• Use email, social   networks as electronic marketing techniques to inform customers and prospects   of new products and generate sales• Create and implement marketing   communications for products.• Keep website up to date as necessary using the   internal web administration tools.• Where possible, cross market and raise   the profile of the other products and services.• Perform market research to   assess viability of potential new products and to measure success of recent   campaigns.• Generate leads for products and services. • Monitoring   competitors activity and map out strategy to increase sales• Ensuring that   all marketing materials do not deviate from the established company Brand   standard• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets,   posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs;• Arranging for the   effective distribution of marketing materials;• Assist with the management of   the company Brand • Attend to customers' queries and provide appropriate   solutions. • Develop strategies and deliver excellent sales and after-sales   services to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and retention.• Maintaining   and updating customer databases;• Sourcing advertising opportunities and   placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist   publications - or on the radio, depending on the organization and the   campaign;

Qualifications:3-5 years experience in Business to Business sales and marketing • A first degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable University • A Valid NYSC Certificate • Excellent Communication skills both in written and spoken • Good presentation skills • Quite poised • Good networking skills • IT savvy (Ability to use the Social Media as Marketing/Sales tool) • Interested individuals should please forward resumes to recruitment@hcdclimited.com this vacancy closes Wednesday April 10, 2013.
