Job Title: Accounts Receivables Manager

Our client is a leading, multinational telecom services provider.

Job Overview:

•   The AR Manager is charged with the proper invoicing within standard polices reflective of the customers' requirements. He or she shall work with any and all personnel to assure timely and accurate invoicing.

•   Ensuring that the company's Revenue and Receivables are accurate and correctly stated.

•   Managing Credit control, Timely Cash collection and Debt recovery.

Responsibilities:

•   Compile and Evaluate Request for Billing  Reports

•   Monitor the smooth operation of Customer Billing System

•   Credit Controlling

•   Preparation, Reconciliation of Customers' Statement

•   Preparation of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Financial/Revenue Schedule

•   Targeted Receivables/Collections

•   Management of three (3) company Revenue and Receivables

•   Withholding Tax  credit note –Administration, collection and remittance

•   Supervision of the general activities of Receivables officers.

•   Working late (when required) to meet tough deadlines.

•   Visiting customer's premises for reconciliation and cheque collection

Relationships:

•   Relate directly with Cost Accountant, Senior Accountant and Accounting Officer

•   To interface with other Managers, HFM group report and Divisional heads on necessary reports

Knowledge and skills: Must be ready to accept responsibilities, good use of  EXCEL, the SAP / SAGE System and other Microsoft office tools.

Education/Experience:

•   Minimum of first degree in Accounting.

•   B.Sc. Accounting (5yrs minimum) and ACA or MBA (5 years minimum).

•   At least 5 years coherent professional working exposure at a Supervisory level in a reputed multi-cultural and national outfit.

•   At least three years working experience as a team leader/Manager.

•   Good organizational skills

•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

•   Good creative, analytical, negotiation skills

•   Good interpersonal skills

•   Must possess good managerial skills

•   Good working relationship and be ready to relate with other department.

•   Must be ready to work late to meet deadlines when and where require.
