Former Akwa Ibom State governor, Victor Attah Was Not Charged In UK Court

[attachimg=1 align=left width=150] Former Akwa Ibom State governor, Victor Attah, has not been indicted in the money-laundering and fraud charges filed by the Crown Prosecution Service in the United Kingdom (UK) against his erstwhile Delta State counterpart, James Onanefe Ibori, at the Westminster Magistrate Court in London. He is also not being arraigned.

Although the charges also featured some other prominent Nigerians, it was equally learnt that Attah was also not among other defendants said to be currently at large for allegedly participating in the laundering of funds realised from the sale of V-Mobile shares owned by the governments of Delta and Akwa Ibom.
