Requirement:

•   The ideal candidate will be responsible for the project and should be able to add value to the construction process by proactive involvement in procurement and cost management.

•   Must possess the skill to carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs,

•   Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts, Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations.

•   HN D, B.Sc Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.

•   Candidates should be result oriented, seasoned and resourceful professionals with at least 6 years experience with proven records.

•   Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors will be an advantage.
