Rate: Variable + Incentive

Description: Our client, a European IOC with assets in Africa is seeking experienced Night Drilling Supervisors to protect the company's interest on the rig. Supervising the execution of drilling / workover / testing / completions operations and ensure they are in accordance with the program.

Qualifications/Experience:

•   BS degree in Engineering (minimum)

•   Good technical knowledge of wellsite supervision, including at least 2 years as NDSV on swamp rigs

•   Able to supervise subordinates and lead team to achieve results.

•   Strong communication skills

•   Must have Nigeria or West Africa experience
