Job Description:     – The incumbent will be responsible for visioning, goal and direction setting, staff recruitment, implementing strategies, ensuring compliance to relevant policies and regulations, delegating and measuring performance for the entire organization.  – He/She shall report to the Board of Trustees and Directors.

Job Requirement:   

• A B.Sc or Masters in Education (other education or similar certification will be added advantage)

• At least 10 years work experience in the education industry (preferably in South Africa or United Kingdom). At least 3 of which shall be in a managerial position (previous experience as a Principal in a similar school setting will be an added advantage)

• Required soft skills will include assertiveness, good persuasive & negotiation skills, entrepreneurial skills, leadership, ability to initiate and manage change and a people personality.
