Gombe condoles Taraba people, donates relief materials too.

Gombe State Government has condoled with the people of Taraba State over the incidence that occurred last month, April, 2013, which claimed many lives.

The Commissioner of Special Duties, Hon. Daudu Jalo Bajoga who represented Governor Dankwambo while presenting relief materials to the Taraba State Deputy Governor expressed the sympathy of Taraba people over the incidence which took lives of its citizen.

He further said Taraba and Gombe States, since they were created, are brothers, and they are having a good relationship as they share common boundary.

The relief materials presented were six hundred bags of maize.

On receiving the items, the acting Governor of Taraba State, Alhaji Abubakar Umar thanked Governor Dankwambo of Gombe State for the kind gesture to the Taraba State people and Government.

He assured that the Government will make sure that the relief materials get to the people affected people.

The acting Governor called on the delegate to kindly convey the profound gratitude of Taraba people and Government to Governor Dankwambo and the good people of Gombe State.
