Job Description:     – The role will involve playing a key part in carrying out an independent appraisal of the effectiveness of the policies, procedures and standards by which the Bank's financial, physical and information resources will be managed.  – The successful individual will ensure strict adherence to internal policies and procedures, controls, regulations and maintenance of quality service delivery within the bank.

Job Requirement   

•   A good first degree in any management/social science related discipline – preferably in accounting

•   Professional qualification e.g. ACA, ACCA, CISA will be an added advantage

•   Minimum of 6 years post-graduate experience with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position in a financial institution

•   Highly computer literate and high proficiency in the use of MS Excel

•   Good communication skills and the ability to work without supervision

•   Good organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
