Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for visioning the effective operation of the company with a significant role in strategic planning, business growth and to develop the organization; identifying new opportunities.

Job Requirement:

•   Minimum of 10 years post graduation experience in a senior management position preferably in a bank or a f financial sector.

•   A good first degree

•   Professional qualification in business management or accountancy

•   A post-graduate degree in related technology and business management areas would be an advantage e.g. MBA

•   Preferably not above 35-40 years of age

•   Must be a Proactive Decision Maker

•   Self Starter

•   Marketing/Relationship building/Management.

•   Ability to set S.M.A.R.T. objectives that will facilitate the achievement of the organization's goals.

•   Project Execution/management

•   Change Management

•   Performance management
