Job Title: Chief Risk Officer

Job Description:

•   Provides the risk management framework and independent oversight and challenge of risk decisions for the Group

•   Establish suitable policies, risk management practices, information requirements and escalation processes

•   Aggregate and model risks to understand the overall risk position

•   Oversee risk management activities across the Group

•   Monitor action plans to minimize or eliminate risk to each sector's business and growth plans

•   Provide technical expertise and informed and guidiance to the Board and executive management committe

Desired Skills & Experience:

•   Management of Risk and Internal audit function.

•   Internal audit execution and reporting.

•   Investigation/forensic audit.

•   Supervision/development of employees.

•   Identify opportunities to strengthen financial controls and improve operational efficiency and productivity.

•   Drive continued control consciousness and commitment with Group policies and applicable laws and regulation throughout the organization.
